Ligovsky City will create comfortable conditions for each resident of the new district.

A city is a living organism whose character consists of many personalities that inhibit it. Ligovsky City will create comfortable conditions for each resident of the new district. Each individual will select the district where he or she will live in harmony with people of a similar lifestyle.

The quarters of the project will be subdivided into several groups, depending on people’s different lifestyles. Each will have its own architectural style of buildings with special character created in each quarter to match the character of its residents.

Blue

The Blue Quarter will feature fashionable architecture, prestigious-looking houses, comprehensive safety and luxury living conditions in each of the elements.

Red

The Red Quarter will have unique exterior design and fresh solutions in every element.

The red color is the color of a vibrant personality, who is confident and who values independence and freedom above all. This type of district is for individualists who seek to channel their creative energy, and have an opportunity to choose any type of recreation and be mobile at all times.

Green

Green quarters will have smaller spaces, closed-facade buildings and safe and cozy fenced-in yards.

Green type people prefer calm and relaxed life with their families, friends and like-minded people. They are comfortable in small spaces, at homes with closed facades, safe and cozy courtyards with fenced-in territories, and communities of interest nearby.

Yellow

Yellow quarters will have open building layouts and open facades.
